Here at LBPR, we know that one of the best things about living in Houston is the quantity of first-class museums available to Houstonians of all ages. With museums of this caliber, it’s hard to pick the best, but the parents of Houston have spoken.
Congratulations are in order for one of our favorite clients, the Children’s Museum of Houston, which was recently voted Best Houston Museum by Nickelodeon’s Parents’ Picks 2009. The nominees this year included the Art Car Museum, the Health Museum, the Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Menil Collection and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
While all of these museums are winners in our book, the recent $35 million expansion helped put the Children’s Museum above the rest. With seven new bilingual exhibit galleries, the museum has doubled in size and is the perfect place for kids and their parents to learn, laugh and play. Haven’t been out to see the changes yet? What are you waiting for? Check out LBPR’s video of the recent media mixer to see what you’ve been missing.
